Workshop Leader
Victor Goh is currently serving as the Vice
President, Business Development, of Savant Infocomm
Pte Ltd, Singapore, an IT Education and Consulting
conglomerate. He has founded and run several
start-up businesses and has acquired extensive
senior management experience in corporate and
business development, alliance building and
relationship, joint ventures and establishing
regional offices in China, Hong Kong and India. He
is also an associate lecturer and tutor with several
universities, i.e. OUDP (UK) (Artificial
Intelligence), University of Technology, Sydney
(Engineering Management), and University of Western
Australia (MBA program covering the E-Commerce and
Entrepreneurship modules). He received his B.Eng.
Honors degree from National University of Singapore,
and an MBA from Strathclyde University
